Horse of the Year 2013, held at The Hawke’s Bay Showgrounds, Kenilworth Road, Hastings in the largest equestrian event in Australasia.

Over 2000 horses compete in approximately 180 classes across 28 arenas.

Classes include dressage, miniature ponies, endurance, horse and carriage and show-jumping and eventing.

Throughout the week over 70,000 people attend the show to watch the action. It’s a great day out for families, sport lovers and horse fans or anyone who wants to enjoy an cream in the Hawke’s Bay sun.
