The Show brings together town and country and attracts the widest possible cross section of the community with more than 40,000 people attending the Show each year. There’s a huge range of entertainment, trade and retail and traditional show favourites such as the Dog Trials, Equestrian events, Shearing and Sheep and Cattle events. To add to the excitement this year we have Rodeo, Mounted Games and the Axemen showing off their wood chopping mastery.
As always we have a myriad of Trade Sites selling everything from Tractors to teaspoons. The outstanding Mahon Amusements are back – Sideshows with something for everyone and the Wattie’s Pick of the Crop Taste Hawke’s Bay Marquee has a full three day schedule with some exciting celebrity presenters!
The children’s Animal World will once again offer little ones the opportunity to get up close and friendly with a variety of farm animals including lambs, goat kids, miniature cattle, chicks and much, much more.
